Difference Maker Opportunities

This list gives you an idea of the many ways you can serve in our church! Opportunities may vary by campus, and we’re always growing and evolving to meet new needs. No matter your skills or passions, there’s a place for you to make a difference.

Bkids is a vibrant and engaging ministry where kids can grow in their faith while feeling loved and supported. There are many ways to serve and make a difference! In Childhood Ministry, you can care for babies in the Nursery, lead engaging lessons as a Classroom Leader, or assist with activities as a Classroom Helper. In Elementary Ministry, you can build relationships and guide discussions as a Small Group Leader or bring energy to large group teaching through storytelling, skits, and worship in the Large Group Experience.

For those passionate about inclusivity, the Special Needs Ministry offers the role of Buddies, providing one-on-one support to ensure every child feels valued and included. No matter where you serve, you have the opportunity to make an eternal impact and help shape the next generation of faith-filled difference makers!

The Hospitality Ministry ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for everyone attending services and events. They serve in various roles, including: Parking Guides, Entry Door Greeters, Cafe Hosts, Children’s Check-in Assistants, Connection Central Hosts, Sanctuary Ushers, Sanctuary Attendants and more.

A worship team consists of various roles that work together to lead a congregation in worship. Common serve options include: vocalists, instrumentalists (drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano/keyboard)

A Production Team ensures a seamless worship experience by managing the technical aspects of a service. Key serve options include: broadcast team, lighting team, slide deck/media operator, sound engineer, etc.

A Creative/Communications Team helps share the church’s message effectively through visual and written storytelling. Key serve options include: Photography, Videography, Writing/Copywriting, Website/Email Coordination.
