In the fall of 2024, Bethany Christian Church launched the ALL IN initiative, and we have already seen God working in incredible ways through it.
ALL IN is a bold and ambitious vision that calls for the generosity of everyone—through time, talent, and treasure. This journey is more than an initiative; it’s an invitation to embrace a renewed lifestyle of faith and generosity that will continue to make an impact long after ALL IN is complete.
Bethany has always been a church defined by its generosity. Together, we can bring this vision to life and see God move in ways beyond what we can imagine.

The heart of the ALL IN initiative is to see 100% participation from everyone who calls Bethany home, giving each person the opportunity to experience a life-changing encounter with God. At its core, this journey is a call to spiritual growth—an invitation to align with God’s heart for generosity.
ALL IN is about taking bold action. It’s about stepping out in faith and watching our courage grow as we trust and follow God’s lead.
Our secondary goal is $12 million dollars. ALL IN is ambitious and requires everyone’s generosity–time, talent, and treasure. Bethany has always been a generous church; together, we can make this vision a reality with $12M in generosity.
Our ALL IN Vision
The first part of our two-year vision is simply upholding our mission. We will continue to diligently following our Vision, Mission, and Purpose and resource Bethany Christian Church’s ministries with time, talent, and treasure. This ensures effective ministry to our congregation and communities, maintaining the momentum we have built.
Expanding Our Reach
Our campuses continue to see spiritual and numerical growth. The Washington campus is beyond capacity, therefore, it is essential to construct a new auditorium that will double the current size, and allow the current auditorium to be used for the growing children’s ministry.
Additionally, through our longstanding partnership with the India mission, we aim to build 10 churches in India with the support of the Paul family, who serve as missionaries there.

Blessing others and sacrificing
resources for Kingdom growth is vital
to our “ALL IN” vision plan. We desire
to support Open Arms Christian
Ministry by helping them achieve
their mission of serving neglected,
abused, and troubled youth. We
are encouraging 60 families to
sacrificially open their hearts and
homes to foster and adopt children.
Even if you are not called to foster or
adopt, we all have a responsibility to
support those who do, living out the
teaching of James 1:27.
Develop Future Leaders
Our nation is experiencing a
decrease in young people entering
full-time ministry. To address this,
we have developed a pathway for
future pastors and church leaders,
providing them with the necessary
training and education and placing
them in a residency program at
Bethany. To support this effort, we
aim to seed an endowment that will
help meet this need for generations
to come.

Two-Year Commitment
Throughout this period, every gift to Bethany Christian Church will support both the continuation of our ongoing ministries and the fulfillment of the vision God has placed before us for the future.
