Students Pastor
The purpose of the Students Pastor is to partner with parents in guiding their students (5th-12th grade) to know Jesus personally, to love Him passionately, and to grow in obedience to Him so they can become a “fully devoted follower of Christ”.

Children’s Pastor
The Children’s Pastor will lead young students to know Jesus personally, and create a pathway in being fully devoted as a Christ follower. The Children’s Pastor should have a passion for teaching and ability to lead, encourage, and equip students and Difference Maker teams.

Discipleship Pastor
The Vincennes Discipleship Pastor will oversee all disciple-making initiatives at our Vincennes campus. This includes leading our small groups ministry, overseeing all growth track initiatives, and helping in other disciple-making environments at our Vincennes campus.

Office Coordinator
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing general administrative support to all ministry areas so that Jesus will be exalted as Savior and that the purpose, mission, and vision of the church will be enhanced.

The purpose of the worship pastor is to have a strong desire to serve God and lead a team of volunteers to maintain a worship culture that is engaging, authentic, and meaningful.
